Working for Us

Hill-IP is committed to the relevant training of all staff, irrespective of their position in the firm.

All professional staff are expected to qualify as Chartered Patent Attorneys, European Patent Attorneys and/or Registered Trade Mark Attorneys and to be qualified to represent clients in relation to Community Trade Marks and Community Designs at The OHIM (as an Authorised Professional Representative).

All other staff are encouraged to obtain appropriate qualifications for the role they perform in the firm. For this purpose, staff may attend relevant courses such as the Patent Adimistrator's course organised on behalf of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorneys and the Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys in the UK.
